Project Overview
Performance Auto Garage is a commercial roofing project in Louisville, Kentucky, encompassing approximately 6,000 square feet over an auto shop. Innova installed a 60-mil TPO membrane roof system. The assembly included flute-fill foam between the existing metal panels and a 2.5-inch layer of ISO insulation. Custom internal drains and overflow scuppers were incorporated for proper drainage. The completed system carries a 20-year manufacturer warranty covering labor and materials.
