Project Overview
Following fire damage at Aunt Bee’s Laundry in downtown Louisville, Innova was called to assess the roof and complete the restoration. The work included reframing approximately half of the roof, installing new decking, and installing a new 60-mil TPO roofing system. A tapered system was incorporated to promote proper drainage, with the membrane carefully detailed around multiple pipe, HVAC, and vent penetrations.
